Urban Decay Alice Through The Looking Glass Eyeshadow Palette: First Impressions and Swatches

Urban Decay Alice Through The Looking Glass Eyeshadow Palette is a limited edition palette composed of twenty eyeshadows inspired by the upcoming film of the same name. There is a good range of brights and neutrals in a variety of different finishes (there are a good amount of mattes - quite the surprise from metallic lovin' UD!). Each column represents a character from the film, namely (from left to right) Alice, Mad Hatter, Miraana (White Queen), Iracebeth (Red Queen) and Time. This is a very cool touch and is a helpful guide in recreating the unique look of each character. The packaging is reminiscent of the iconic Book of Shadows in that it's extremely aesthetically pleasing, but certainly not the best for travel. It's the kind of palette that should be reserved for display purposes (when not being used, of course!) I will be uploading several looks over the course of a few days, and will write a full review once I've had a chance to experiment with all the colours.

Zoeva Graphic Eyes+ Box - Swatches

Zoeva Graphic Eyes+ Box is a limited edition set set of 16 eyeliners (and a sharpener), ranging from muted tones to jewel colours. The set is arranged so that cool colours sit on the left, and warm tones on the right. I appreciate the artistic layout of the '+' logo in the centre of the box, but it is a bit unnecessary. The set costs £65 but has a value of £115 (as each eyeliner retails for £7). I purchased mine from beautybay.com, but it's also available on Zoeva's website.

As I want to really review each colour in depth, I will be splitting this up into four parts, but for now let's ogle the swatches!
