Cobalt Gradient Eye FT Urban Decay Electric Palette

Hi guys! And welcome to another Electric Palette tutorial, featuring quite possibly the most gorgeous blue eyeshadow ever. Seriously, this colour is so unique to me - a rich, true cobalt blue - and the pigment is just out of this world. This is one of those tutorials that really requires patience (and a fair amount of wrist stamina (is that a thing?) as blending is going to be your best friend) You really need to build the colour slowly to create that gradient effect, but that effort really pays off.
